Pedestrian Reported Struck In Central Jersey (Developing)

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Middlesex County, according to developing and unconfirmed reports.

The crash occurred before 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 23 on Route 18 southbound in East Brunswick, initial reports said.

A medical helicopter was requested to airlift a victim to an area hospital.

No other details were immediately available.
